We use your account and profile information to help you find mentorship. Administrators can access account and profile information to operate the platform and assist you.

Mentor profiles are published only with approval and consent. Contact email and phone are private. Once a mentorship request is accepted, each participant can see the other person's current contact email and optional phone while both accounts are active.

You can edit your profile. For account assistance or questions about your information, contact the platform administrator.

Passwords are stored securely. The platform sends transactional emails for account access, mentor onboarding and mentorship requests. A new-request email includes your message for the receiving mentor. After acceptance, each participant also receives the counterpart’s contact details by email. Communication following an accepted request takes place outside the platform.
